Cybknow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides technology solutions including but not limited to:

• Web & mobile application design and development
• Software consulting and digital transformation services
• Cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance
• UI/UX design, branding, and creative services
• IT support and managed services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

As a user of our services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any part of our services without express written permission
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising material (spam)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

All content, code, designs, graphics, logos, and materials published on our platforms are the exclusive property of Cybknow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Client deliverables become the property of the client only upon receipt of full payment as outlined in the respective project agreement. Until such time, Cybknow Technologies retains all rights to the work produced.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

All fees for services are outlined in the relevant service agreement or proposal. Payments are due as specified therein. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

• Advance payments and deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Refund eligibility for unused services is evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Cybknow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cybknow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public interest.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
